Player Conduct Agreement and Waiver Form

----

This league was created in the spirit of forming a competitive but safe environment to play basketball. We want to encourage fun and competition, but the point of this league is that it is different than city leagues and intramurals. As a result, we have decided to enforce a strict no tolerance policy in terms of player conduct. We are holding everyone to a higher standard and you will all be held accountable for your actions on and off the court. While some players may not attend Church or believe in Jesus, the leaders who formed this league have done so with the mindset that all participants will act and behave in a manner that is in accordance to Jesus’ teachings of love and respect. Any actions deemed to be in violation of our conduct policy will result in the immediate suspension of the player for the remainder of the season. These actions include, but are not limited to the following: excessive foul language, fighting, intimidating others, aggressive behaviors, excessive arguing, intentional actions resulting in injury, disrespecting players or officials. No refunds of league fees will be given to suspended players. All suspensions are final, but players will have the ability to petition rejoining the league the following season.
